Sending out a HUGE thanks to all of you who got out and took part in the City Nature Challenge 2022, in Uplands Park and all throughout Greater Victoria.
Our region is full of nature lovers and citizen scientists, as we came in, out of the 40 Canadian cities competing:
· 1st for total observations
· 1st overall in terms of species diversity, and
· 1st for per capita participation (and 3rd for total participation)
