Meet us at the Cattle Point kiosk (near the 1st boat ramp) at 1pm.

As its distinctive yellow flowers give rise to more camouflaged green seed pods, this highly invasive plant is our top priority to remove from the park right now.
We’ll teach you the proper removal techniques, provide you clean tools to use and socially-distanced spaces to work while learning about what makes Uplands Park such an eco-treasure to protect.
Your contribution is needed and immensely appreciated – over and above the critical invasive removal you do, every single volunteer hour that you donate helps to secure the necessary funding that underpins the comprehensive, multi year restoration plan for the park, which is working to give this truly exceptional example of the endangered Garry Oak meadow ecosystem a chance of surviving for years to come!
Please spread the work and come out and join us!
