Check out our new native plants on Earn St where the Centennial Trail comes up from Transit Rd and meets Island Rd. Lots of red flowering currant, ferns, hare grass, columbines, wild strawberry, yarrow, new oak trees, and hidden underground are camas bulbs.
Meanwhile we clear more ivy along the trail on Wed. and Thu am with Monterey Middle School.

PS Thanks to Oak Bay Parks, Chris Hyde-Lay, Wylie Thomas (organizing the plants), Trees Canada and Schneider Electric for all their contributions to beautify and naturalize the boulevard and trail edges!
