We are seeking local groups, and volunteers, to help us to map Scotch Broom at Goldstream Provincial Park. This mapping will guide BC Parks and the BC Parks Foundation in planning its removal in a second phase in Spring, as well as track the management over time.
This activity is a great opportunity for all levels of experience, as no prior experience or materials are required from volunteers, besides their phone. We will be using InvasiveBC app as a tool to map the broom. We can provide volunteer certificate to participants.
