Uplands Park and Oak Bay are on the ancestral territory of the Lekwungen people, known today as the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. We respect and honour their vital relationship with these lands and waters and how they have cared for them through countless generations, continuing to the present and into the future.

TREE APPRECIATION DAY is this Sunday Nov 7 from 10 to 1 pm at Bowker Creek. Remember to turn your clocks back an hour late Saturday night.
NO IVY LEAGUE Join us to remove English ivy and baby Scotch broom on Sunday Nov 7 from 1 to 3 pm. Tools, gloves, refreshments and Covid protocols along with laughter and feeling good.
