Uplands Park and Oak Bay are on the ancestral territory of the Lekwungen people, known today as the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. We respect and honour their vital relationship with these lands and waters and how they have cared for them through countless generations, continuing to the present and into the future.

Boardwalk Proposal For Cattle Point

Royal BC Museum Fieldtrippers: In-seine Sailfins, Shrimps and SeaSlugs – Willows Beach – Saturday, June 16 at 12 PM – 2 PM

Royal BC Museum Researchers will conduct an AM beach seine at Willows Beach. Friends of Uplands Park will be their with nets and containers to help aid collection of creatures. See Poster for more details.
